www.Tek-Micro.com ships packages Monday through Friday. Our times of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am Eastern time to 5pm Eastern time. We ship most orders same day before 6pm Eastern time if the order is placed by 3pm Eastern. We have multiple warehouses inside the United States and if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from separate warehouses. If this is the case we will inform you by email.

Depending on the size, weight, and value of your order, Tek-Micro will choose the method of delivery between US Mail, US Priority Mail, Fedex Ground, or UPS Ground. Free Shipping is not delivered in a guaranteed time frame and can sometimes take up to 10 business days to receive an item shipped with the free shipping option.
All other shipping options are based on real-time rates from UPS.com and USPS.com. You have the option of ground shipping, 2 day shipping, overnight shipping and international shipping. These time frames are guaranteed by the carrier and shipped during business days. For example, an Overnight shipment placed on Friday after the shipping cut-off (3pm EST), will be delivered Monday. A Two-Day shipment placed on a Thursday will be delivered on a Monday. USPS Express for Overnight ordered on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
Additionally "Awaiting Fulfillment" - These orders come into our system and are processed within 8 business hours. We then send the order to our fulfillment center. Our fulfillment center ships the order then emails us back a file with tracking numbers. We then upload tracking in our system and the order is changed from "Awaiting Fulfillment" to "Shipped" This process can sometimes take up to 5 days. In most cases, the product has been shipped before changed to the "Shipped" status. Please be aware that your order is on it's way.
"Free Shipping" - These orders are shipped the best way possible and in many cases do not change status from "Awaiting Fulfillment" due to the shipment method.
Order Status:
Once an order status is changed from AWAITING FULFILLMENT to SHIPPED, this means that your order has been assigned a tracking number for shipment. Once the item has been changed to SHIPPED, we have no way to CANCEL the order if you wish to cancel. The order must first be delivered, then shipped back to us in order for us to cancel. If an order has been SHIPPED but the tracking shows ELECTRONICALLY NOTIFIED for 10 days without any tracking updates, we consider the order to be LOST IN TRANSIT. At this time, we can refund or reship the order with expedited shipping at no additional cost.
Return Process
Please email Sales@Tek-Micro.com prior to shipping an order back. Once contacted, we will be happy to provide a refund for reasons listed in our policy within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide an RMA# by email for you to attach to your original order and box for return. Once the item has been delivered to us and inspected, we will provide a refund if warranted. We will not provide a full refund on an item that has been opened, software with a viewable product key or software that has been opened. Hardware may be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Software can be returned if it is in the full retail box and never opened. If we accidentally ship you a product other than how it was advertised on our site, we will either refund you or provide a replacement to make the order correct.

www.Tek-Micro.com is committed to protecting your right to privacy. We collect information about our customers to enable us to process orders, improve our site, and provide better services. For your protection, we do not sell your information to marketers!
To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and email address. This information is stored on a secure server to allow us to process subsequent orders more quickly. We do not store credit card information.
Billing / Credit Card Charges
www.Tek-Micro.com will bill your credit card in real time as soon as you place your order. Our credit card processing authorizes and charges a customer based on when the order is placed. We have no access to authorize, then charge an order when it ships because a card can then be declined. However, we can process a refund if the order does not ship or is not delivered or has been cancelled.
Pricing & Product Availability
We attempt to ship all of our products the same day with the advertised price. Because of market fluctuations and the time it takes to update the website, products may not always be in stock or available. We will do our best to update the website as to current availability and estimated arrival dates.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical error, www.Tek-Micro.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product. If you have received the product, www.Tek-Micro.com will accept the return of UNOPENED software for a full refund.
www.Tek-Micro.com reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with or used at our discretion. Download orders - Once the download order has been sent with a product key, we will not refund the order. In the event that you have issues with your product key, we will send you a new key to make sure your product is working correctly. There is a 0 refund policy on download orders, however, we will make sure the download works.
These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products due to piracy issues.
